Design challenge

The design challenge: a medical visit does not begin or end on the calendar.

Scheduling is only one part of the workflow. Operations need continuity across reception, consultation, clinical information, documents, billing and administrative follow-up. The product is structured so these stages share context without treating every user as if they had the same responsibilities.

Product principles

Decisions that shape the architecture.

01

Organize access through roles and permissions based on each user’s responsibility.

02

Maintain continuity between scheduling, reception and the clinical record.

03

Integrate prescriptions and clinical documents into the care workflow.

04

Connect billing, reports and indicators to operating activity.

What this product demonstrates

Consultorio360 demonstrates an approach to vertical software: model the end-to-end workflow, separate responsibilities by role and design modules that share information instead of accumulating disconnected tools.

This case study describes public product capabilities and functional architecture. It does not publish clinical, financial or customer performance metrics that are not publicly documented.
